Rockland Sample Pilot Study (2010 -2011)

With institutional support from NKI a pilot study was conducted in 2010. 250 participants from the Rockland county community, aged 4 to 89 were enrolled. Researchers were able to test out assessments and tune procedures for data collection and open data sharing. This pilot study is openly shared. Its success was instrumental in obtaining the funding required for the NIH-funded NKI Rockland Sample I data resource.
