The Cambridge-Hopkins Restless Legs Syndrome (Version 2) (CHRLS)

The CHRLS questionnaire is a diagnostic self-report assessing symptoms of restless leg syndrome. The questionnaire consists of 13 questions of varying types.

Note: This assessment is given to adolescents and adult participants ages 13 to 85 years old.
